1. Introduction

2. Eligibility and Roles

We support job seekers, freelancers, employers, and recruiters. Each user agrees to comply with the specific rules applicable to their role.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some premium features require a paid subscription. 
By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewals until cancelled. 
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the Site or any services obtained through it, including but not limited to VAT, income taxes, or employment taxes.
4. Freelance and Gig Economy Use
Freelancers and clients are responsible for honoring all agreed work terms, payments, and deliverables. 
Off-platform deals are discouraged and not protected. 
You are solely responsible for your compliance with any applicable labor, tax, and employment laws regarding freelance transactions.
5. AI Tools and Disclaimers
AI-powered tools (e.g., resume builders, coaching, cover letters) are provided solely for informational purposes. 
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. 
You must independently verify any AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
6. Content, Intellectual Property, and User Warranties
All Site content, branding, and technology are owned by Asgard.World Ltd or properly licensed. 
Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, and prepare derivative works from that content in connection with providing the Site and services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to upload, post, and use the content you submit.
- Your content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or data protection rights.
- Your content complies with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove any user content without notice if it violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
- Scrape, extract, mine, or harvest data without authorization.

jobs.asgard.world is part of the Asgard.World group of services. 
By using the Site, you agree that your account information and related data may be shared internally within Asgard.World Ltd’s affiliated services, including the Asgard.World platform, to enhance your experience, enable integrated features, or provide cross-platform services. 
Such sharing will always comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
13. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site, services, or your account, with or without cause, at our sole discretion and without liability or notice.
14. Virus Protection and Security
We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs, viruses, or malicious attacks. 
You are responsible for configuring your devices and using your own virus protection software. 
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, wars, labor disputes, or regulatory changes.
