1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the jobs.asgard.world mobile app ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Standards, and any other policies we publish. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Roles and Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. Roles available include job seekers, freelancers, employers, and recruiters. Each user is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for lawful personal or business purposes related to job searching, freelancing, or recruitment.
4. Freelancer Features and Responsibilities
Freelancers must provide accurate profiles, deliver agreed services, and maintain ethical standards. Employers must pay freelancers and rate them fairly. Off-platform agreements are outside our responsibility and policies.
5. User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the App, including but not limited to job listings, profiles, resumes, and communications. You represent and warrant that such content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. AI Tools and Disclaimers
The App offers AI-generated services such as resumes, cover letters, job matching, and career feedback. AI outputs are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee its accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Subscription and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and the service will remain active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds will be issued for any unused time. Failure to pay may result in account suspension, termination, and deletion of your data.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate other users.
- Use scraping, automation, or exploit AI tools to mislead.
- Circumvent platform security or billing systems.
- Defraud, harass, or harm others through the platform.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
9. No Guarantee of Success
jobs.asgard.world does not guarantee that job seekers will receive job offers, that employers will find suitable candidates, or that freelancers will secure engagements through the platform.
10. Anti-Fraud and Security
You agree not to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or deception on the platform. jobs.asgard.world reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity and may report such activity to appropriate authorities.
11. Updates and Beta Features
We may release updates to improve performance. You may be required to install updates to maintain functionality. Beta features are experimental and may be changed or removed without notice.
12. Data Use and Privacy
We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app requires consent to our data practices.
12A. Data Sharing Within asgard.world Services: jobs.asgard.world is part of the asgard.world group of services. By using the App, you agree that your account information and related data may be shared internally within asgard.world Ltd’s affiliated services, such as the Asgard.world platform, to enhance your experience, offer integrated features, or provide cross-platform services. Such sharing will always comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
 
13. Accessibility
We are committed to accessibility and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate users with disabilities. Contact us if you require assistance accessing the App.
14. International Users
If you access the App from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We do not guarantee compliance with laws outside the UK.
15. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
We may provide links to third-party websites, content, or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any third-party services. Use them at your own risk.
16. Account Termination and Data Deletion
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate this EULA or any related policies. Upon termination, you must cease all use, uninstall the App, and we may delete all associated data without notice.
17. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its content, designs, features, trademarks, and underlying technology, are owned by Jobs.asgard.world Ltd. You are granted no ownership rights by your use of the App.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, wars, labor strikes, telecommunications failures, or governmental actions.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
20. Liability Limitations
The App is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jobs.asgard.world Ltd, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use or misuse of the App;
- Your violation of this EULA or applicable law;
- Third-party claims related to your actions on or through the App.
22. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to VAT, income taxes, or employment taxes.
23. Legal and Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts located in London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
24. Survival
Any provisions of this EULA which by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property Rights, and Taxes, shall survive termination of this agreement.
25. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
26. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Jobs.asgard.world.
